Urban environments present many challenges for cellular devices. 2X more uplink power allows your device to make more with less to keep calls connected, texts deliverable, and data at your fingertips.*
Sending texts, videos, images, or using mobile apps is reliant on a strong 3G, 4G LTE, or 5GE signal. While both weBoost Drive 4G-X (470510) and SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 signal booster kits support these signals, the SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 sends and receives those data transmissions faster than the closest competitor.*
The Value Behind the Results.
POWER THAT PUSHES THE BOUNDARY.
In rural areas on the extreme fringe of the network users need a booster with more uplink power. Typically the reason your calls drop, texts go unsent, and data fails in these situations stems from your phone not having enough power to send a signal back to the nearest tower. The SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 has the 2X the strength to get that signal back to the tower, keeping you connected further into the cellular void.*

Questions & Answers
QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
Recently purchased SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV Cell Phone Signal Booster (USA) from you. Included in the kit was a stubby mag mount outside antenna, intended to be put on vehicle roof/trunk. I'm wondering if that antenna could also be used for the inside antenna in RV, instead of the screw-in whip antenna? This so that inside antenna can be placed closer to cell phones, compared to where the whip antenna would be given it attaches directly to the SureCall amp. The whip antenna doesn't have a cable, where the stubby mag mount outside antenna does have a cable, so would be able to mount the surecall amp in a more hidden location in RV, and place the mag mount antenna closer to where will have cell phones.
If you want to have an antenna that can be extended away from the booster, you can use the included patch antenna instead. It is one that is card shaped antenna.
The RV kit would normally include a whip antenna, AC adapter, 40 feet cable, and omni outside antenna. On top of the RV kit, the main booster kit will also include both the patch and magnetic mount antennas. These're bonus items we offer with the kit for such instances when you either choose to use magnet outside antenna, or patch inside antenna - instead of omni outside antennna, and whip inside antenna.
However, mag. antenna you referred to, is designed only for exterior vehicle use. The patch antenna's designed strictly for vehicle interior use which we recommend for you based on your need.
If using this booster setup (SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV Cell Phone Signal Booster), what is radius of operation from antenna to cell phone? In other words, what is the range of the SureCall whip antenna in RV when using this kit? I read elsewhere that it is only 4 feet which is silly to have to move the booster antenna around the inside of a 30 foot trailer as you move fore and aft.
The range of the whip antenna (looks like right angle antenna attached directly to main amplifier unit) which is attached to the SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV cellular amplifier would be enough to cover entire RV if signal outside is reasonably good (but of course no signal inside RV without booster or you wouldn't need this cell booster:).
It can roughly cover 300 ft² but exact radius is hard to ascertain because it may fluctuate greatly based on the strength of signal outside Omni antenna can catch. That being said, this kit is designed to cover an entire largest size RV.
Yes, you have read correct elsewhere that the radius is only four feet but that is when using the slim low profile antenna (flat rectangular looking one) attached to long cable which in turn is connected to main amplifier placed discreetly under seat, etc. that is included in car & truck version kit which is called simply SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 (no "RV" at its end). That 4 ft. radius coverage is usually enough for space inside car or truck cabin.
Please ask more questions if you have, we will be glad to answer them. Thank you.
Which cell phone booster is best for a 30 foot long RV?
SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV would be best overall because it comes with a 40 ft. cable for outside antenna, it works with all carriers simultaneously, and it can be used when RV is in motion or stationary. This makes it very convenient because you don't have to install or uninstall when parked or in motion, respectively.
The longer cable it includes would allow you to have enough room to manuever the set-up and conveniently place inside RV your amplifier/antenna combination where it is needed most, or works best. Other variables are very similar between other kits all with max Gain of up to +50 dB that work with all carrier networks simulataneously, and offering around 25 dBm uplink power (although this offers up to 29 dBm which is awesome).
If you need even more power, but don't mind some limitations - then couple other options would come into play.
First would be the stationary kit weBoost Connect RV 65 with up to +65dB Gain (+15dB Gain more than previous) which, per FCC regulations, requires that it be used only while stationary. It involves installing outside antenna on a telescoping 6 to 25 ft. pole, and dismantling it when ready to move the RV. It boosts signals from all carrier networks simultaneously.
Second would be Cel-Fi Go M RV which also offers up to +65 dB Gain but does not require that it be stationary. Instead, it works to improve signal for only a single carrier network at a time (that can be chosen via Cel-Fi App). An edge this kit has over weBoost Connect 65 though, is that if used in stationary mode (also can be set via its app), it can boost up to +100dB Gain on that one carrier network.
Please ask more questions or call us if you need more information to decide which kit would be best suited for your needs. Thank you for your business.
We are wanting a method to connect our RV TV to You Tube TV. Will this help us?
This cannot provide Internet connection to your TV. It can only improve that connection if you're already using a cellular device with active SIM card to connect your TV to Internet.
YouTube TV is available on a variety of devices and platforms but it does require Internet connection to watch live, on-demand and recorded programs.
If you're using a mobile hotspot to connect your TV to Internet, then this cell signal booster can help improve its reception and thereby provide more consistent connectivity and faster data speeds.
At least 3 Mbps is required to view a video in SD (at under 3 Mbps YouTube TV may load slowly and buffer frequently). 7 Mbps+ to view a stream in HD. For the best possible quality stream, YouTube TV recommends at least 13+ Mbps.
A cell signal booster can make this possible when in an RV. Simply so that it is helpful to understand the concept, see a RV cell signal strength test done and recorded in a video for your convenience.
Please note that the test was not done using this particular kit that can be permanently installed and can be used in a moving RV.
The test was performed after installing another kit which is a stationary kit that cannot be used when RV is moving (link to that kit provided in preceding link).
A stationary kit like that can provide even better signal boost because it offers slightly higher Gain at up to +65dB (vs. +50dB provided by this RV kit that can be used in a movable RV).
In addition to not being able to use cellular amplifier when RV is moving, another drawback of stationary kits is that its exterior antenna has to be re-installed after RV is parked and removed when leaving the parked location.
I use Xfinity Mobile which fails over to Verizon Mobile when it can't find an Xfinity/Comcast hotspot. I recently installed a SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV signal booster, and not sure if 1) I need to register it with Verizon Mobile for it to work, or 2) Not sure if there's some authentication handshake that needs to happen between my mobile phone and the Surecall unit. Seems odd that it is wide open for any phones to be connecting for a signal boost. Thank you!
The way it boosts mobile signal inside your RV is simply by catching faraway mobile signals from outside through all carrier's nearest cell towers simultaneously, then amplifying them to broadcast them inside.
Therefore, it is wide open for anyone with respective Carrier's service to access those better signals inside. This works quite differently from Bluetooth for example, where you have to pair the two devices.
It also works differently from accessing a mobile hotspot for example, where you may need to get access approval from donor device.
On other note, there is a requirement for registering a cell phone signal booster with your Carrier - but rest assured, that has nothing to do with the functioning of the cellular boosting system itself.
If you're concerned about others benefiting from your investment, worry no more - you have nothing to lose because they cannot gain access to your cellular phone line or mobile hotspot line because that is securely encrypted between your device and your service provider's cell tower. Furthermore, the body structure of RV will block prevent most improved signals to be used outside the RV anyway.
This device simply brings outside signals in, so your device can access them. It plays no other role in your wireless communication connectivity.
What is the range of both the external antenna to the nearest cellular tower and from the whip antenna to the cell phone user?
The coverage range from outside antenna to the cell tower depends on obstructions and elevation so it is very hard to predict. Typically, as long as you can reliably make a call when outside, then there is more than enough signal for the booster to enhance and provide good coverage inside. Internal range from the whip antenna is around 5 to 10 ft. so multiple devices within that range can benefit from boosted coverage.
I am in my RV parked north and west of Bonifay, Fl, my carrier is AT&T which does not have a signal in the area. The AT&T tower is located about 15 miles south. Will your booster work in this area? I have tried another booster with no success.
Try the one at following link because there's maximum chance it will work since it has a powerful Yagi antenna which you can aim towards the cell tower 15 miles away, it has 25 feet pole to raise it and bypass most line of sight obstructions along the way, and it offers maximum 65 dB Gain which no other signal amplifier offers (they max out at 50 dB due to FCC regulations for moving vehicles - but this is for use only when RV is parked and stationary). Try this one, it has the best chance to work or your money back within 60 days: https://www.signalbooster.com/products/rv-cell-phone-signal-booster-weboost-connect-rv-65-471203-471203f-for-stationary-parked-rvs
I have a 32 ft. motorcoach. I need a cell phone booster 12 volts hardwired and internet access. Do I need a modem attached to the system. Please advise me as to what I need.
This kit merely boosts signal of an existing wireless device that has a wireless plan subscription from a cellular service provider. Therefore, you would need a cell phone which you can use to talk wirelessly, and create a mobile hotspot which can enable other devices such as laptops to tap into it. You can also use a Mi-Fi (mobile wifi) device which is essentially a "mobile modem". MiFi is available from all cell serice carriers. MiFi (or similar devices such as turbo stick, air card, etc.) provides a mobile hotspot which can be used to access internet from multiple devices such as laptops and tablet computers.
This kit comes with a 12V DC power supply and standard wall-outlet AC power supply, but no DC hard wire kit. If you have to have a Fused Hardwire DC/DC Power Supply, consider this weBoost brand RV signal booster kit which includes it: https://www.signalbooster.com/products/rv-4g-lte-signal-booster-for-multiple-cell-phones-devices

Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles of your home / building. Please check outside signal level in decibels before ordering. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.
If it is too weak, submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location. Finally, we will schedule for installation after equipment and installation service quote has been approved by you, or your company.
Please note: Most home / office / building cell signal booster kits only include bracket to mount exterior antenna on outside wall, edge of roof, or existing pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. Mounting pole not included with most kits, unless stated specifically that it is included for free. Therefore, a mounting post must be purchased separately if you will require it to mount exterior antenna.
