Product Description

SureCall Force 7 Signal Booster for Mobile, Wi-Fi, HDTV Signal Reception.

Force 7 by SureCall is an industrial grade signal booster to help improve your indoor signal reception, and therefore requires installation by a certified installer and approvals from all carriers (see notice below at bottom or submit request for quote for installation and help with approvals). If you require consumer grade version that boosts cellular reception to up to 10,000 sq. ft., consider SureCall Fusion 7, instead.

SureCall Force7 Industrial signal booster increases voice, text and 4G LTE signal strength for over 100 simultaneous users in areas up to 80,000 square feet. Includes built-in Wi-Fi signal booster, along with a router that extends network coverage for areas up to 50,000 square feet. Includes HDTV signal booster that brings locally aired HDTV television stations into large buildings. A Single Cellular + HDTV + Wi-Fi Signal Booster for up to 80,000 square feet (3-in-1 signal booster) makes it easy to boost all types of signals without having to install and monitor multiple devices that complicate commercial or industrial business environments.Force7 8 Dome Kit has SKU # SC-SEPT-I/O-80-D-Kit.

Included components in the SureCall Force 7 Signal Amplifier dealer kit.

As the device has been designed for industrial use in areas which have a large square footage, the devices key features have been optimized for such public places. The Booster Force 7 Mobile, Wi-Fi, HDTV all-in-one signal booster kit with part number SureCall SC-SEPT-I/O-80-D-Kit is a dealer kit which includes the Force 7 booster, Dome Antenna part # SC-222W-RP-TNC and 75 ft. of LMR cable part # SC-400-RP-TNC.

Part numbers and quantities included in dealer kit:

    • SureCall Force 7 Industrial Signal Amplifier.
    • Dome Antenna SC-222W-RP-TNC (Quantity 1).
    • 75 ft. of LMR Cable SC-400-RP-TNC.

If you do not know what all of the pieces of the kit are, do not worry, your professional installer will be able to explain their use and functionality to the system. However, the basic functions are:

    1. Antenna: Captures and relates the signal back to the booster.

    2. Cables: Connect the various devices to each other in order for the booster to work.

    3. Splitters: allow for the multiple devices to be connected to the Force 7.

    Basic information about additional components.

You will be required to have an outside antenna, specifically one for your HDTV. This will require that you have a subscription with the HDTV services and the proper dish and cables to be able to access their services. The same is true for the internet and for cellular services. Additionally, you will need to have a low loss ohm cable for the interior/exterior. As the Force7 is an electrical device, you will need to have a grounded surge suppressor for the DC power supply.

    Cellular Signal Specifics.

The cellular phone signal allows for a signal boost of up to 80,000 sq. ft. for 100+ people. It is intended for all phones from all carriers including the latest 4G LTE phones. It also boosts 3G data and 2G voice plus texting which rely upon such signals. Force7 industrial cell phone booster kits not only boosts, but it extends Wi-Fi for new and renovated buildings. The cellular uplink and downlink frequencies included make it compatible will all cellphones from all carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile in USA. It is fully compatible will all carriers in Canada as well that include Bell, Rogers Wireless, Telus Mobility, Fido, Wind Mobile, Videotron, and others. These frequencies are:

    Uplink Frequencies.

    698-716/ 776-787/ 824-849/ 1710-1755/ 1850-1915.

    Downlink Frequencies.

    728-746/ 746-757/ 869-894/ 1930-1955/ 2110-2155.

    Supported Cellular Standards.

CDMA, WCDMA, GSM EDGE, HSPA+, EVDO, AWS, and LTE.

    Wi-Fi Signal Booster Specifics.

Wi-Fi signals are based upon a number of factors; the signal booster works primarily by reading the signals within the 2.4-2.4835 frequency range. By combining the weak signals with the strongest signal and “reconditioning” that signal into a stronger band, the Wi-Fi is increased. There are a few specifications which should be noted. First, the Wi-Fi does not add to allotted data plans or service plans established in the contract between you and your internet service provider. Secondly, the device accessing the network must have the capabilities to access and function on the internet. For example: If a cell phone has minutes but does not have internet services activated in his or her plan, the person will not be able to access the internet. However, those which can access the internet can do so as long as the wi-fi is within the below specifications (which it is all across North America and elsewhere):

    Wi-Fi Standards.

    IEEE 802. 1 1b, IEEE 802 1 1g, IEEE 802. 1 1n.

    Wi-Fi Browsers Supported.

Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and others that exist.

    Security Specifications,

WEP, WPS, WPA, WPA2, WPA2 Mixed.

    HDTV Signal Booster Specifics.

The signal in the HDTV and the internet seem to be considered by most people the same thing, but they are not. The frequency range is different as well as the methodology in which a signal is gained and sent to the device. As such, a simple Wi-Fi booster would not be too effective (though you may see a slight increase in the signal) in most cases. Again, you will need to have a model specifically intended for HDTV service. Even if the device has a LAN or WAN port and a HDMI connector does not mean that the device is compatible with HDTV services. Therefore, this device boosts reception for up to 35 television set antenna’s over-the-air (OTA) HDTV signals to boost reception for TV channels and networks like PBS, ABC, NBC, Fox, and CBS. HDTV specifications are as follows:

    HDTV Supported Frequency Ranges.

    54-72/ 76-88/ 174-216/ 470-608/ 614-698.

    Maximum Output Power.

    3 Watt EIRP.

    Supported Cable.

SC-400-TNC for Cellular devise and RG6 for HDTV. RG6 cable is not included in the kit. Additionally, you will need to have a N Female with RP-TEN on your indoor antenna ports to utilize the HDTV signal booster function.

      Warning

Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles. Before ordering, please check outside signal level in decibels or ensure that you can make and hold a phone call at any good spot outside where you can mount an exterior antenna. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.

Kevin K. of Anderson, California gave the following review:

Website is easy to use with plain straight forward info but could have had more on testing signal strength to make sure you get a strong enough booster.

Therefore, please note that stated sq. ft. coverage is based on good signal outside. For best results: If outside signal is weak, we suggest choosing the next higher sq. ft. coverage kit. If outside signal is very weak, we suggest choosing the kit with even more higher sq. ft. range bracket. Basically, higher the sq. ft. bracket, the more powerful the signal amplifier with greater Gain as well as higher uplink and downlink output power.

If outside signal is too weak (weaker than -110 dB), submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location. Finally, we will schedule for installation after equipment and installation service quote has been approved by you, or your company.

For non installation-included kits: Most home / office / building cell signal booster kits only include bracket to mount exterior antenna on outside wall, edge of roof, or existing pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. Mounting pole not included with most kits, unless stated specifically that it is included for free. Therefore, a mounting post must be purchased separately if you will require it to mount exterior antenna.
