ICC (International Code Council) Brief Overview

Established in 1994, the mission of International Code Council is to provide the highest quality standards, codes, services and products for all concerned with the performances and safety of the built environment. The non-profit ICC is dedicated to delivering model standards and codes in order to protect the welfare, safety, and health of people by promoting safe, affordable, sustainable, and resilient structures. As a member-focused association, ICC has more than 64,000 members. In addition to United States of America communities, IFC (International Fire Code) is just one code that is used by many global markets.
