Shipping & Returns
New items must be returned in mint condition within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of price(s) of product(s) returned. Unless we ship incorrect item(s), initial shipping cost cannot be refunded and buyer must pay return shipping cost. Please expect to receive the refund within four weeks of shipping the return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you do not see, or cannot find that button, know that we do not require an RMA. Simply return package to address shown at bottom of your invoice copy [or address shown at https://www.signalbooster.com/pages/contact-us (Attn. Signal Booster Returns)], along with a proof of purchase such as an order number so we can process the return. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
If item seems defective within warranty period (usually one year), buyer must call manufacturer and go through troubleshooting process to determine if item is indeed defective. If deemed defective by manufacturer, the manufacturer will issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with instructions to return for repair or exchange per manufacturer's discretion.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. This estimation is available for you to check in the shopping cart. When placing an order, various options populate from various specific shipping companies and their prices that can be chosen.
However, if you see and choose the FREE "Standard Shipping 5-7 Days" option, we will ship through whichever shipping carrier that offers the cheapest ground 5 to 7 days delivery option - Unless you request a specific shipment carrier for your ground shipment in the "notes" section of the shopping cart. All orders require signature by recipient for safety of package, and insurance.
For your loss protection, all high value orders totalling $100+ are sent with signature required option through the respective shipping company. If you need us to ship your order without "signature required" requirement, you must state, "send without signature required - waiving all claims if lost" in the "notes" section of the shopping cart.
All order non-receipt claims must be made within 30 days because shipping carriers such as FedEx and UPS have small period of claim window whithin which we must file a claim for lost shipments. If we're not alerted within this period, we cannot send replacement shipment and we cannot issue refund for lost shipment.
Shipping within contiguous USA.
For orders $100 or more, standard shipping is free. Faster shipping methods are available for additional cost. We provide free standard shipping within 48 Contiguous United States for orders totalling $100 or more.
Shipping to Canada.
For orders US $500 or more, standard shipping is free. Faster shipping methods are available for additional cost. Please note that our shipping DOES NOT include duties and/or taxes that may also apply (you would pay that anyway if, for example, purchased in Canada in the form of GST, HST, or PST).
If you have an account with any shipping carrier and wish to use that instead, please provide that information in "Notes" section in the Shopping Cart and we will ship through your shipping account in lieu of our shipping method/cost chosen. We provide free standard shipping to Canada for orders totalling US $500 or more.
