Will a different carrier's cell phone improve signal in my house?

While a different cellular carrier may have a cell tower that is closer and provides stronger signal in your house, that is usually not the case. If you check coverage areas of all major mobile service providers, you will most likely see your area covered because they cover most of USA. Therefore, usually, the building materials of the house and other surrounding buildings block signals so signals from all carriers are not useable. We suggest you check signal strength of all carriers using a spectrum analyzer to see if any different. If by chance any carrier's service is very strong indeed inside your house, you can then subscribe to their service. If all show weak signal inside your house, then a signal booster may be the best option as long as there is some signal outside the house.
