  • Glad these two hotels recognize the common problem in hotels (besides bedbugs)—the inability for guests to get a strong signal for their cell phones. No one should have to use the phone in the room and it’s a smart business move to have good cell service. It’s an amenity guests will appreciate and that a smart hotel manager will make sure is mentioned in advertisements.

  • I got excited when I saw the headline for this article. It was nice to read the Surecall reviews, but I know about Surecall antennas and have heard Surecall has good troubleshooting and Surecall has good tech support. What really counts is how the Surecall cell phone booster works. Sounds like they work well which is good because I hate the lousy cell phone reception you get in hotels. I’m hopeful more hotels will get cell phone boosters.

  • I wish it was mandatory for hotels to put in cell phone signal boosters. When I go to a hotel, I want good cell phone reception and ideally, Wi-Fi that is fast and reliable. Why not put in a cell phone signal booster to make sure cell phone signals are at the top of their game? Maximum signal strength means no dropped calls and Wi-Fi worthy of the cost of a hotel stay.

  • It looks like this hotel took customer service seriously by installing cell phone signal boosters in an endeavoring how to increase cell phone signal strength. Does anyone have any info on whether hotels list the fact they use boosters? I’d love to know the next time I’m booking a trip online. If a hotel cares about this, they probably care about other important details.
