  • You never know what you’re going to find at the CES. I’ve wondered why there weren’t cell phone boosters for cars that didn’t need an exterior antenna. Not everyone wants an exterior antenna (for whatever reason) so this is a feature that I think will lead to more people getting cell phone signal boosters for their cars.

  • Dale says: Why does my phone WiFi signal say -72? It’s important to understand what this means because it will give you a good idea of how strong your phone’s Wi-Fi signal is. First, you’re dealing with negative numbers so the lower the negative number, the stronger the signal (yes, math has applications outside school LOL). If you’re not good at math, just think of negatives as Bizarro World numbers, thus everything is the opposite so -72 is weaker than -71. Here, Wi-Fi readings run from about -30 to -90. -30 is uncommon but super-strong. -70 is passable, but you’d be better off with a lower signal, particularly if you’re streaming videos, etc. If you phone’s wi-fi is poor, try getting closer to the wi-fi antenna or consider a wi-bi booster. Did this answer your question?

  • Didn’t know these things were so easy to use in cars. I have a question: Why does my phone WiFi signal say -72?

  • Incredible. Talk about an amazing discovery. I’ve been looking for a cell phone booster for my car, but I wanted a cell phone signal booster without an external antenna because I’m concerned someone might steal it or vandalize it. I’m anxious to get an apartment cell phone signal booster AND a mobile signal booster for my car. Reading this really helped.

  • I hope the network reception would also be as good when compared with an exterior antenna. I would love to proceed with the pre-order because I need the signal booster.
