  • I'm looking into using this at my ranch house in a valley where there is signal up on the ridges. How much cable can be run from the booster to the antenna? I'm asking to look into the possibility of installing the antenna on an abandoned telephone pole.

    The amount of cable that comes in the kit is 30 feet from outdoor antenna to booster, and 30 feet from the booster to the indoor antenna. If you need to extend that, you might need to go with an upgraded cable type (RG11). The maximum cable length that you can run will ultimately be determined by your starting signal strength. Basically, what is the signal strength at the top of the pole you are looking to use? We recommend using your phone in field test mode to determine what the starting signal is. If you don't know how to do this, or you want to know how much cable or what kind of cable to use with a given signal, contact us.

  • I'm in Dallas, Texas. Can I put the booster in my attic? It can hit 100 degrees in outside temp. I have tech radiant barrier shield in my attic. Also I'm thinking of putting inside antenna in attic. It is a 3600 sq. ft. house. What you think?

    Boosters need air circulation, and they need to be kept between 32� and 150� Fahrenheit. If your attic does not get outside of those temperatures, there are air vents in the attic, and you have power in your attic then you can put the booster in there. Due to the unpredictability of weather, we recommend keeping the booster in the home if at all possible.

  • I live in the country where I get 1 to 2 bars only. I live in a double trailer home. I'm trying to get a signal booster for Sprint 4G LTE. Need one that would cover 1 to 2 rooms.

    Our systems are not designed to boost the Sprint LTE network. However they can still provide a little help in certain situations. If there is no signal (such as in a basement) then you could see marked improvement in voice calls for talking. But if there is some signal then the booster will not improve data rates and may even degrade them. We're in the process of doing further testing on all products, and updating all of our public information.

  • My old Wilson booster died and I need to replace my booster without replacing installation antenna. Can you buy the booster alone without having to buy the whole kit?

    The FCC created new regulations that became affective in May of 2014. Those stated that all boosters must be sold in an approved kit. If you have had your booster fewer than two years it is still under warranty. Tech Support is happy to help you with the warranty process.

  • I live between to hills in Maryland. The signal I get has to bounce between them. Will this help me to pull in a stronger signal?

    Our boosters are going to take the signal that you have at your location, boost it, and re-transmit the boosted signal. You have to have a signal for us to be able to boost it. If you are not able to make and receive calls outside of your home, at the proposed antenna location, we highly recommend you contact us. Keep in mind, the weaker your starting signal, the less coverage each booster is capable of giving you. For example, you might have to go with a stronger system to get the same results of a person with a good outdoor signal and brick home.

  • What is the square footage this one covers? 2000 sq. ft.? Asking, since the former model said up to 5000 sq. ft.

    The coverage that any unit is able to provide will vary greatly, depending on what the signal strength is at the outdoor antenna location. Typically, with good signal outside, and a 1000 to 3000 square foot home/building, we recommend this unit. However, if your signal isn't quite strong, you might need a more powerful system. You may want to look at the Connect 4G-X (471104). This is a kit that contains everything needed for your installation - outside antenna, booster, inside antenna, and coax cabling. However, we always recommend the 75 Ohm Lightning Surge Protector and a 2 ft. RG6 jumper cable cable with F-Male connectors.

  • Verizon contends that my area is 4G at 49879 but my phone indicates 3G. Does this system (470103) work for both 3G and 4G?

    Yes, the Connect 4G will work with both 3G and 4G. It will not be able to turn 3G into 4G, as they are on completely different frequencies. I recommend using test mode on your phone to determine how much signal you have outside of the home.   • Can a login or password be installed on this unit so unwanted people cannot access it?

    Our devices do not have a login or password feature. However, when the booster is installed in a home or vehicle, it is unusual to see the signal travel past the walls. It would be unlikely for anyone to benefit from the boost much father past the exterior walls of your home. The home acts as a cage to keep and hold boosted signal inside.

  • Do trees affect the signal. Do not have lead shot at tower without going thru some tree coverage. Have 2 bar signal on phone outside, and only 1 in house.

    The trees can have a great impact on signal. You may notice as the leaves come in, signal will get worse, and as the leaves fall - signal will return. It is best to have line of site, and no obstructions if possible to ensure optimal coverage. We recommend talking with our technical support team on how to get readings outside of the home in decibels, using test mode on your phone. These readings will help us determine if our boosters are a good fit for your situation. When your phone is in test mode, -50 is a perfect signal, while weaker than -105 is unusable for the booster to amplify.

  • My phone has good signal, however, it picks up Appalachian wireless and I have Verizon Wireless and it prevents me from calling out on that frequency. In one spot I am able to connect, though. Will this help me out any for this problem?

    There is a chance by using a directional style antenna booster kit, you could help strengthen the Verizon signal in the home, causing the phone to grab the stronger signal. However, we do not guarantee this is how the booster will operate. We also recommend talking with your carrier to see if there are settings on your phone to which you can change to stop the roaming from happening on the other wireless carrier.

  • Will this work with Rogers LTE service in Canada?

    The Connect 4G boosts signal for all U.S. & Canadian cell carriers including Rogers Wireless. It is also FCC and Industry Canada certified.

  • I have 3 green lights and 1 orange. What should I do to correct this?

    Solid orange indicates that the booster has shut off on the associated frequencies due to close proximity of a cell tower. Move the Outside Antenna away from the strongest cellular signal in small increments until the light turns green or green/orange blinking. If the light remains orange, or if the green/orange blinking light indicating reduced gain is not providing enough coverage area, contact us.

  • I have a weak Telus cellphone signal on the water in British Columbia, Canada (near Lund). Will this work up there?

    Our boosters are designed to boost voice, text, 3G data for all major US and Canadian carriers. Our 4G boosters will cover the same frequencies and the 700/1700/2100 frequencies as well.

  • I currently have the Connect 3G with Omni Antenna (311201-0620) working perfectly. Is the Connect 4G compatible with the Omni Antenna?

    The omni antenna can be used with the Connect 4G, however, it is not recommended since it won't help as much with the 4G signals. We recommend staying with the directional outdoor antenna with the Connect 4G kit.

  • How far is the minimum antennas distance supposed to be for this weboost booster kit?

    The Connect 4G, on average, requires 20 feet of vertical, 50 feet of horizontal, or a combination of the two in separation between internal and external antenna. This distance can largely depend on outside signal. The unit may require more or less separation, but this is a good guideline to follow.

  • I'm looking for a booster for the basement I work in. Without connecting directly to my work server, my only option would be to put an antennae outside and run it into my office about 20 feet into the backside of the building. Would this be a good solution?

    The Connect 4G is designed to have an antenna mounted outside of the building, typically on the roof, and have a cable that runs into the building to the booster. The booster needs power, and there is another cable from it to the indoor antenna. This is designed to wirelessly transmit the boosted signal to your cellular device. The coverage area that it is able to provide will depend on how strong the starting signal is at the outdoor antenna location. Typically, with good signal outside, you will see 1500 sq. ft. to 3000 square feet of coverage from this Connect 4G 470103 signal booster.

  • Can you mount the antenna in attic and still get good reception?

    The obstacles you will face are getting the separation that you need between your indoor and outdoor antenna, and making sure that the outdoor antenna is getting enough signal to provide you with a boost. The separation between the indoor antenna and outdoor antenna will vary, depending on incoming signal, material of your home, direction each antenna is pointed in, and more. The general rule is that you want 35� feet as a crow flies between the two antennas. You will always want to do a soft installation, not running any cables permanently, until you know for sure the system is working well and the setup is adequate. Typically you have a much stronger signal outside of the home than inside, even if you are just behind a window. Many windows are energy efficient or at least double pane, which will degrade your signal strength that is getting to the antenna. You want to use your phone in test mode to make sure that there is enough signal at any location that you decide on for the antenna because signal amplifier can't create signal, it can only boost what it is fed from outside antenna.

  • I need to use 2 directional ants, ATT and VZ. I found on Wilson's site a "dual band combiner / duplexer". Can I use 2 directional ants with this combiner and 1 Connect 4g?

    You can use two directional antennas with the Connect 4G, but you will want to use a splitter in reverse (2 in 1 out). The combiner is for different frequency antennas (combining the signal from an 800 MHz antenna with the signal from a 1900 MHz antenna). You will need the "75 Ohm Wideband Splitter", and make sure the outdoor antennas are at least 3 feet apart while not being pointed at each other.

  • Is there a difference between this weBoost Connect 470103 and the Wilson DT 4G 460101?

    Yes, there is a difference. The Connect 4G (470103) is like the older Wilson DB Pro 4G (460103). This system is more than twice the power of the DT 4G (460101) or the Home 4G (470101).

  • Why is there one red light showing on my booster?

    The red light on the booster indicates that there is cellular signal oscillation. In order to fix this light issue, we recommend getting more separation between indoor and outdoor antenna. Once adequate separation is achieved, the lights should return to green. You may need to power cycle the unit (allowing the unit to be powered down for 30 seconds), to ensure the separation has fixed the light issue.

  • Will I need an lighting surge protector for this unit?

    For the Connect 4G, we recommend using a 75 Ohm lightning surge protector. You will install the lightning surge protector close to the signal booster, attaching the cable from outside antenna to the surge protector. Grounding requirements do generally vary from state to state, so we recommend contacting your county electrician for more detailed grounding instructions and requirements.

  • I live in a small town with horrible cell phone service. Our house is 1500 sq. ft. what do you recommend for a booster and antenna. Would a directional antenna work better?

    For a home in the 1,500 square foot range, we typically recommend the Connect 4G. However, due to the outside signal being so weak, we recommend the Connect 4G-X. Getting numeric readings of outside signal strength in decibels will tell us which booster would be a good fit for your situation, as well as what kind of inside coverage area we can expect to see with that starting signal. In most cases, the directional antenna is recommended. We are more than happy to go over the numeric readings with you, as most phones have this capability.

  • Does the 470103 have the same increase in signal strength as the 460103, all things being equal? A reviewer on Amazon said he had replaced his 460103 with a 470103 and it didn't boost as well.

    The model 470103, and 460103 are the same unit internally. The differences are cosmetic, and the 460103 has gain dials. The weboost model contains automatic gain, allowing the booster to give max gain when optimal installation has been achieved.

  • Using Wilson Model 273201 800-1900KHz successfully with Straight Talk cell service on LG Smartphone. Does WeBoost have anything better at the present time?

    The model numbers are the same across many different boosters. The Connect 4G is comparable to our DB Pro 4G model - 460103. Many of our new weboost models are comparable to the Wilson models, and only present cosmetic differences. In order to know if your booster compares with our weboost products, we would need the Serial Number, which would also provide the individual model number of the booster.

  • I have a 4 foot, 10 element Yagi-Uda antenna and a length of RG8 coax cable left over from an analog cellular phone that we used with great success before analog cellular was disabled here in Canada. Would these be compatible with the amplifier?

    FCC regulations require that all boosters be sold and installed as a kit. You're able to purchase different outdoor antenna styles, but they have to be one of the approved antennas. The Connect 4G is also a 75 ohm system, and the typical Yagi that you are referring to, is usually 50 ohm. However, without knowing more about the Yagi, there is no way to tell you if it would function, just that it might not be legal.

  • I have Appalachian wireless service. Outside house, I have service. When I go in the house, no signal. Will this purchase help to boost reception?

    Our systems are designed to boost existing signal, and transmit it within a certain area in the home. You have to have signal outside for the system to amplify, as it is not able to create signal. The coverage area that you will see with signal will greatly depend on the outside starting signal. If your signal outside is strong, you will have a larger coverage area. If your signal outside is weak, you might have a smaller coverage area. I recommend getting the signal reading from outside of the home, and touching base with us to understand what a system can provide for your individual scenario.

  • My home is 2500 sq. ft., will this cover my entire house?

    The Connect 4G is expected to cover up to approximately 2,300 square feet. However, the inside coverage area largely depends on how weak or strong the signal is outside. If you live in very weak signal areas we will often recommend going up to the Connect 4G-X to optimize inside coverage. We recommend reaching out to us, so we can walk through signal strength readings outside the home. We can get these readings through most cell phones. Through these readings, we are able to also tell how many square feet on average, you can expect to see out of each unit.

  • I live 100 miles south of Fairbanks, Alaska. Currently, I have 3g with 2 to 3 bars which is not really strong enough for MiFi but works most of time. My phone works but could be better calls without breaks in voice, etc. Can you help out with a product in this situation?

  • Are there any 4G Booster kits that come with an omnidirectional outside antenna?

    Omni antennas are not nearly as strong with the 4G frequencies as the directional antenna is. You can view the approved antenna/cable combination that are FCC certified with each booster in the installation guide.

  • I live in the woods and I am surround by trees. I have internet service to the house with wifi, it works but it crashes at times. I am having problems with my cell phone dropped calls and people can't hear me. Can this booster help my cell phone and wifi?

    Our systems do not help with broadband WiFi at all, but we should be able to help with the cellular service and mobile hot spots, tethering, etc. Please contact us to provide information about your outdoor signal strength (a reading in Decibels, if you can), and the size of your home.

  • Can it be used for multiple carriers at the same time?

    The Connect 4G, and all of our boosters are able to work for multiple carriers simultaneously, as long as there is enough usable signal at exterior antenna site for each cell service carrier.

  • I have a zBoost WiEx. Is this unit outdated? If I buy the Weboost 4g connect can I use my existing coax cables? I get a signal outside my house of 1 to 2 bars. The unit that I have now gives me between 3 and 4 bars. Will the Weboost amplifier perform better?

    There are many different WiEx models of zBoost. Therefore, in order to know if your model is discontinued, we would need to know the model name, located on a sticker on the back of the booster. The FCC regulations came about in 2014, changing many of our boosters and kit combinations. In order to compare your booster to the Connect 4G properly, I would need to know which model you have. Due to the FCC regulation, they require that all boosters be sold and installed in kit form. It is best to change out any old cable, and replace with the new kit cable lengths. To go over which model you have to compare, we recommend reaching out to us.

  • I have the SKU 470103. It is mounted on gable end of house. You have to stay within 2 feet of the booster in order to get service. Do you have one that goes through out the house; What is the SKU number?

    We do have a larger home booster, Connect 4G-X (471104) which can cover a larger indoor space. However, the amount of inside coverage will greatly depend on the outside starting signal. There are applications that may require a larger booster to help compensate for the weak outside signal. However, we recommend reaching out to us, so we can obtain signal strength readings from the outside antenna location, to determine if the large home system will be a good fit for your application.

  • Why does the booster get hot? Why do I have one light flashing red?

    The booster will get warm as the booster works, and the connector sites will give off heat as well. The red light indicates oscillation. The flashing indicates that the band is working at a reduced gain, to accommodate. In order to fix the red lights, you will need more separation between indoor and outdoor antennae. Once you separate the antennas farther, make sure to power cycle the unit by unplugging the booster from power, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging the booster back in to power. Once you have achieved adequate separation, the lights will return to green.

  • Can I add additional coax cable (more than that came with the kit) to more conveniently place the booster inside the house?

    You can add additional coax cabling to this kit. The coaxial cables that come with the Connect 4G is standard RG-6 cable, with F- Male connectors. However, if you have to use a length 50 feet or longer, we recommend upgrading to an RG-11 style cable to prevent too much loss (making sure to keep cable lengths as short as legally allowed by the FCC). The more cable we add, the more signal loss you will experience. You are welcome to contact us to see if the cable lengths you will need will cause too much signal loss.

  • On the product page of your website, you state the Connect 4G 470103 can boost inside signal up to 2300 sq. ft., but on Signal Amplifiers site, it says up to 5000 square feet. So which one is correct?

    We estimate the booster to be a coverage of up to 2,300 square feet. That will be most accurate. There are times we have seen more, and times we have seen less. This coverage will depend on outside signal. We strongly recommend getting signal readings outside of the area you are looking to cover. These readings will help us identify which booster would be the best fit for your situation, and how well it will perform, given the starting signal.

  • Why do you recommend to use just directional antennas with 4G product? Why not the omni-directional?

    The omni- directional antenna is not recommended with this kit, simply because it is not adequate when covering the 4G frequencies. Most of the time we recommend the directional antenna when you know where the signal is coming from and it's usable and steady. The omni might be recommended in areas where the signal patterns are not as stable in one direction. We always recommend reaching out to us before a booster purchase, so we can help recommend the best booster for your situation.

  • The "bottom" light is red. What does this mean?

    The red light indicates oscillation. This means that internal and external antenna are too close together. We recommend stretching the indoor and outdoor antenna apart as far as possible. Once you achieve adequate separation the lights should return green. You may need to power cycle the unit, unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging back in to re-set the unit.

  • My older Wilson unit had the outside antenna mounted in the attic. The roof is composition shingle roof. Will the new weBoost unit antenna work equally as well with the outside antenna mounted in the attic that is facing the nearest cell tower?

    In 2014, the FCC passed a low decreasing power back to the tower to our boosters. There is a chance that you could have a booster that was created prior to this decrease.     Sometimes decibels when reading LTE can be a bit hard to gauge. Since it is a time based system, the decibels may not always indicate the boost occurring. We recommend disabling LTE, or using an app that reads 3G signals as well to help compare how the booster is performing. Typically, if voice signals are weak, we can assume 4G/LTE may also be the same.   • Is interior antenna omni-directional? How should it be placed? I get a strong 4 bar 4G signal on the roof and no 4G in the house. The outdoor antenna will be 10 feet vertically above the interior antenna and 25 feet horizontal - is that enough?

    Typically our systems require 20 feet of vertical, 50 feet of horizontal, or a combination of the two in coverage. It all depends on outside signal, whether you might need more or less separation. The Connect 4G indoor panel antenna has a 70/60 degree Beamwidth horizontal plane, and a 50/45 beamwidth vertical plane. Therefore, we recommend selecting a location in the center of the area where you want cellular signals improved to mount the inside antenna.

    To split to two internal antennas, you would need: 1x 950602 (2-foot jumper), 1x 859957 (2-way splitter), 1x 311155 (Additional indoor antenna) + additional cable length of your choice for extra interior antenna.     Here are the updated test mode steps, for the new iOS update: 1. Dial *3001#12345#* 2. Press CALL 3. Hold the power button for about 5-7 seconds until you see the "slide to power off" screen. 4. Do NOT power off the phone. 5. Hold the home button (round button at the bottom) for about 5-7 seconds. 6. It will return you to the home screen and the negative decibel reading will be at the top of your screen. If you don't want the negative number there permanently, you can dial the sequence again and just hit "back to phone" and it will return to the dots/bars again. For testing the system, we recommend taking a reading at the external antenna, and then touching the indoor antenna.

    You would need a landline or cell phone which works off cellular towers for this booster to work. We would not be able to help boost a Hughes Net Generation 5 network, as this runs through satellite services.     You can use additional cable, but most of the time if we have to use lengths of 50 feet or longer with the Connect 4G, we recommend upgrading to an RG-11 style cable to help keep loss down. The kit comes with RG-6. We like to keep lengths under 100 feet, but we want to know what signal is like outside before we recommend longer lengths. The FCC has regulations on cable lengths and styles we can use, but we try to keep the lengths as short as they will allow. The shortest lengths are what are provided in the kit.

  • In specifications of the Home 4G and the Connect 4G, in the respective installation guides show the gain figures and maximum power figures are identical for both units. I'm guessing one of the specification charts is incorrect. Can you email me specs?

    Since we are held to regulations and are required to have each board certified by the FCC, these two boosters use the same board. However, these specifications do not reflect the differences in gain, or power. We are looking to update the specification pages on these booster to reflect those differences in gain between the two.

  • Can I mount outside antenna on the same mast as my satellite TV dish and internet antenna or will these cause interference? I currently can make cell calls from the roof or on my outside deck but once inside, the cell phone signal is gone.

    Most of the time Satellite TV and internet should not interfere with our antennas, because they are not reading cellular frequencies. However, we recommend trying to keep at least 2-4 feet of separation between them just to be sure. This way there is no interference in signal, and that way none of the other antennas are obstructing.     A -101 to -126 is a very weak signal. You may be reading 4G/LTE readings. These will generally show a worse signal than what is there.     I installed my unit in a metal building for this very reason. Outside, signal was OK. When I went on the roof to install the antenna, the signal was very good. This unit took that good signal and now allows me the same signal (or close to it) inside of the metal building. I literally could not get a signal inside. Note that we weren't that remote and had good signal strength outside. Also, the exterior antenna was mounted over 20 feet high without trees to block the signal.

  • We live in the woods with a metal roof on our home. We were told pine trees wreak havoc with signal. With both factors (trees and roof) - Any suggestions for a stronger signal?

    When we make a recommendation we like to know a couple of things. The first is your signal readings outside. We need to know if our products will be able to function in the area. We do need some signal in order to boost and broadcast through your home. Next would be the size of your home. Once we know both of these we can help you with a proper recommendation. When signal is there outside but very weak (-95 to -105), we recommend the Connect 4G-X 471104 for larger inside coverage area.     We do not recommend putting the booster in an attic area. The environment for the booster will need to be in a temperature controlled area. You can place the exterior antenna in the attic, but the main concern we have is inadequate signal, or lack of separation between the internal and external antenna. When the antenna is placed outside, the roof can help act as a shield to separate antennas more effectively, and the outside signal is better than trying to utilize signal through a roof.

  • Greetings, I'm new to setting up a booster. We have people on a few different carriers, would we need more than 1 booster (1 for each carrier)? We have good signal outside on nearly every phone, but once you step inside the metal building, nothing at all.

    Our boosters are carrier agnostic, so they are able to cover all cellular service carriers and networks, as long as there is enough starting signal. Most of the time, one external antenna will use all the carriers signals needed. The boost you will see inside, largely depends on the outside starting signal power outside your metal building.

    We do not recommend installing the booster in the attic, due to inadequate air floor. The booster will get warm during use, and placing it in an attic may cause it to shut down, due to overheating.

  • Hello, I live in a rural area and am surrounded by 50-60 feet trees. I have extremely limited service at my home inside & outside. If I travel about 1 mile down the road I have 4G LTE service. Would this help going through trees pointing to the tower?

    The booster will work as long as there is adequate signal for the amplifier to use. The less signal there is outside, the less the coverage area will be on the inside. You may not get 4G service because it is not where the antenna is located. When we have an antenna pointed towards the tower there is better connectivity. However, trees may block that signal from coming into the booster in the best possible way. Sometimes raising external antenna higher on a pole can help bring in the signal a bit better.

  • Can I put antenna inside a building and grab a good signal and run several hundred feet of coaxial cable to another part of the same building to increase a signal in my office? I see the kit comes with two 30 feet cables - One goes to outside antenna and the other goes to inside flat panel antenna. what is the maximum cable length I can run and not lose signal strength?

    We do not recommend putting hundreds of feet of coaxial cable on outside antenna. The Connect 4G should only have 100 feet of cabling or less, on exterior antenna. If you should need 50 or more feet, you may need to upgrade the cabling to RG-11 for best results.

  • Is inside antenna directional or omnidirectional? If directional, I have a 2 story house where most of the phone use is downstairs. Would it be best to mount the inside antenna on the ceiling in an upstairs closet to cover the downstairs?

    Inside antenna is a directional antenna that can broadcast to a 2-3 room area depending on outside signal strength. Placing inside antenna on the 2nd floor wouldn't be the best idea since there's going to be material in between the two floors that is going to attenuate the signal (degrade the signal). Metal, wood, drywall, all of these materials bring down the signal completely (metal) or little (1/2 inch drywall). It is best to place the inside antenna where most likely the devices are used and the weakest area of the home.

  • Is there a way to connect the We Boost directly to a cell phone service provider's router instead of using inside antenna?

    It is not possible to create a reliable signal by directly connecting from the booster to the modem because the output power is too great for the model and will only shut it down. Since the booster can use all types of frequencies, the modem sees this as noise and will only make data speeds worse and could potentially damage the modem itself. We recommend only using inside antenna and placing it near the modem, that way the modem can receive the signal and allow it to be used.

  • Is the power supply 220 volts compatible with this?

    This booster is not 220V compatible as it does not have the 3 prongs. However, it can be in a standard 110V.

  • Will the signal from my phone be boosted to the cell tower? I can receive a usable signal but the person I'm talking to can't hear me.

    Yes, the booster should be able to increase connectivity to the cellular tower as well as back to the tower. It' is going to depend on your outside signal as well and how strong that is since that is going to depend on how well the booster does inside your home. You may have to be closer to the inside antenna as well to get the results that you want depending on that outside signal as well.

  • Would there be any benefit to swap all the cables and antennas to 50 ohm ones?

    Not typically, but if you wanted a lower loss cable, you could use RG11 which can connect to the Connect 4G directly since it has F-Connectors instead of the N-Connectors on 50 ohm cabling. That way you're able to use the same antennas that came with the kit and you will only need new cabling to get a better boost since there will be less loss associated with the coax.

  • Do you sell individual parts? My box fell, at least that is what I was told and busted. It also pulled the wire out of the inside antenna.

    We do, however, not for the booster unit (amplifier base station) since the FCC regulates the boosters only be sold in kits. However, our boosters do have a 2-year manufacture warranty that comes with the booster when purchased. Give us a call and we can check that for you if you were to give us the serial number located underneath the barcode in the bottom of the booster.

  • Can you send someone to install this signal booster in our warehouse?

We only provide installer support for large warehouses and other large homes that are greater than 12,000 square feet.
