- Choose location for mounting panel antenna on vertical surface. Ideal height off the floor should be the approximate height of your cellphone use.
- Using plate, mark position of desired placement with pencil or marker.
- Screw (not supplied) mounting plate into place with the slide panel protruding towards you. Provided plastic anchors are only to be used in sheetrock installation.
- Slide panel antenna securely onto mounting plate.
- Hand tighten one end of cable to inside antenna connector
- Hand tighten other end of cable to INSIDE connector of cell phone signal booster.
Note: Be sure to provide enough separation between inside and outside antenna based on dBs of signal booster provided earlier in this manual. Panel antenna should not face outside antenna, if possible.
Storage and transportation: Place in a non-extreme room temperature and dry environment. Not to be placed near fireplace or any open flame.

I bought this 50 Ohm panel antenna but I need adapter to be able to screw into my SureCall Fusion4home 5 band booster device. Can you give me the correct part #?
This 50 Ohm Panel antenna has N-Female connector at end of attached cable so to connect cable attached to antenna directly to any signal booster with 50 ohm interior antenna port, you would need N-male to N-male barrel connector.
Usually, most need a bit of distance so they get a type 400 cable to put between interior panel antenna and the signal booster control module for connecting the two (cable already comes with N-Male connectors on both ends so antenna does not require any connector to connect to the booster).
I got this with the RV Extreme kit - does this replace the Outdoor antenna or the indoor booster part? Or is this used in some other way?
This replaces std. or stock interior antenna that you may have also received as part of the standard kit. The standard interior antenna is the slim, low profile, patch, candy bar shaped antenna. This Panel antenna that can also be used as interior antenna is more powerful, provides much higher Gain, and covers much larger area than the stock interior antenna that comes with std. car cell phone booster kits.
This antenna has a Female end but I need a Male end antenna.
Correct, this antenna has pigtail cable that ends in N-Female connector. To make it end in a male connector, you can either buy any length coax cable with N-Male connectors on both ends or simply buy a N-Male to N-Male connector.
Can you mount the panel antenna on the basement Joists facing up? Will the signal go through the floor? In this case the basement ceiling joists are open.
While not ideal, it is technically feasible to do that. The floor will dampen some projected signal - but yes, partial signal will go through significantly. Usually panel antennas are mounted on the wall so there's no interference. Nevertheless, they are commonly mounted on ceiling to provide coverage downwards - and through the floor to the lower level(s). Therefore, what you're attempting to do would be somewhat similar to that and quite practical.
So I just moved to a new area and I have NO cell reception. Maybe one bar if that. I’m wondering if I buy this product will it boost my service enough to give me LTE so I can actually use my phone and place calls.
It is not likely that this antenna by itself would help solve the problem. First we need to check if you have useable signal outside. To check accurately, put your phone in field test mode because signal bars are not an accurate way to measure reception in different areas on perimeter of your building. Once you have the data (location of best signal strength in decibels outside where an antenna can be placed), you can call us to determine the best cell phone signal booster kit based on outside signal strength and square footage of area that needs coverage densification inside. Weaker the reception outside, the more powerful of a cellular amplifier kit you will require to get needed coverage inside the house/ building/ structure. Most likely, if you have decent signal at some point outside, around your house/building - One of our powerful Yagi antenna signal booster kits should provide great 4G / 4G LTE reception indoors.

Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles. Before ordering, please check outside signal level in decibels or ensure that you can make and hold a phone call at any good spot outside where you can mount an exterior antenna. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.

Website is easy to use with plain straight forward info but could have had more on testing signal strength to make sure you get a strong enough booster.
Therefore, please note that stated sq. ft. coverage is based on good signal outside. For best results: If outside signal is weak, we suggest choosing the next higher sq. ft. coverage kit. If outside signal is very weak, we suggest choosing the kit with even more higher sq. ft. range bracket. Basically, higher the sq. ft. bracket, the more powerful the signal amplifier with greater Gain as well as higher uplink and downlink output power.
If outside signal is too weak (weaker than -110 dB), submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location. Finally, we will schedule for installation after equipment and installation service quote has been approved by you, or your company.
For non installation-included kits: Most home / office / building cell signal booster kits only include bracket to mount exterior antenna on outside wall, edge of roof, or existing pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. Mounting pole not included with most kits, unless stated specifically that it is included for free. Therefore, a mounting post must be purchased separately if you will require it to mount exterior antenna.
