Why SureCall Fusion Professional?
Does your entire home seem like a cell phone dead zone? If your mobile devices never seem to work their best, this SureCall Fusion Professional YP All-Carrier Cellular Signal Booster Yagi Panel Kit for up to 8K sq. ft. will help you to enjoy better voice, 3G, 4G LTE, 5G E use, even if your signal outdoors is very weak inside. This Fusion Professional is more powerful than the Fusion4Home series kits - it is designed for even weaker outside signal areas. Once installed, all mobile device users within range can enjoy increased data performance and cell phone signal.
Using patented multi carrier technology, the Sure-Call Fusion Pro cellular signal booster with exterior Yagi and interior Panel antenna amplifies the signal of cell phone towers located up to 30 miles away, by up to 72 decibels. An amplified signal allows you to talk with better sound quality, load web pages faster, stream with fewer interruptions, and receive and send texts and emails faster. You will even notice improvements in the battery life of your devices, and reduction in the number of dropped calls that you may currently suffer.
Interior uni-directional Panel antenna gives strong directional signal, so is best utilized by placing it on the wall facing towards rest of interior spaces that need better signal strength. It can also be faced on top floor ceiling facing down, to provide better signal on multiple floors of your home or small office.
Exterior Yagi outdoor antenna when pointed to nearest cell tower provides signal boosting for areas that usually have weak signals of just one bar. The signal booster is housed in a metal casing for extra durability and performance. It is an ideal kit for boosting your mobile and internet across your home and office when signal is very weak outside.
How Does It Work?
Outside Yagi antenna included in the "SureCall Fusion Professional" kit gets mounted outside on roof or outside wall facing the direction of the strongest cellular signal. Once set up, antenna receives signals given off by towers from up to 30 miles away and passes them through an amplifier. The system increases the signal intensity by up to 72 decibels and then transmits it through your home via the indoor wall panel antenna. Your phone or tablet is now able to pick up the signal from its specific carrier much more strongly.
What Does It Work With?
You can use this kit with any smartphone or tablet model that has 3G, 4G LTE, 5GE connectivity. Any U.S. cellular carrier. Poor outdoor reception with less than 3 bars on phones and tablets. The system works with 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 Mhz, and AWS 1700/2100 MHz frequencies.

This makes SureCall current signal boosters compatible with 5G devices as carriers begin to transmit 5G signals over the existing frequency bands and towers.
Questions & Answers
QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
I have purchased the SureCall Fusion Professional Cell Phone Signal Booster kit and want to exchange it for the RF Boost 8K Dual Inside Antennas Cell Phone Signal Booster kit. How do I do this? I believe I need multiple indoor antennas to cover areas needed.
Did you know that you can simply buy a 50 Ohm interior antenna expansion kit for SureCall Fusion Professional to simply add-on extra interior antenna(s)?
I have a quote for the Fusion professional cell phone signal booster for up to 8K sq. Ft. I have some question: 1 - How many devices or user is support with this system? 2 - Is the signal of the system is password protected? 3 - I have two different cellular carrier (T-Mobile and AT&T) so can I connect both carrier with one antenna?
1 - There's no set limit for number of users and devices it can support. Depending on the strength of outside signal, the coverage can be as high as 8000 sq. ft. and all users and devices within that space will be able to benefit from the better reception the signal booster can provide. 2 - No, signal is not password protected. Anyone within the interior coverage range will notice better reception (more signal bars, etc.). 3 - Yes, this signal booster is carrier agnostic. That means interior antenna will broadcast signals indoors for improving reception of all cell phone service carrier networks, simultaneously.
I have 5,000 sq. ft. 3 story house plus basement. My home office is in basement. Signal inside home is -105 dB. Can more than one internal antenna be installed?
Assuming outside signal is good, this reference kit SureCall Fusion Professional should work in your situation. However, outside signal will have to be very good to support extra indoor antenna add-on expansion kit (50 Ohm). If signal outside is very good, you can also choose from already multiple interior antenna kitted signal booster kits - some of which with more power such as SureCall Fusion5s 2.0 or even more powerful, SureCall Fusion5X 2.0.
Know that adding additional interior antennas for your signal booster kit means the signal coverage distance will reduce for initial interior antenna to pump signal to additional inside antennas.
To put it in perspective, imagine water flow coming in to the house has certain amount of pressure that in this case co-relates to the signal strength available outside. When you split the water pipe into two, the force of water will reduce within each of the two water outlets which co-relates to the reduced coverage distance from initial interior antenna in this case.
After much research, I determined this product was highly rated. After watching your You Tube video, it persuaded me to purchase it. I'm a licensed Ham radio operator (KG6PRO) and know antenna theory, as I have other antennas on my roof. I have enough room to optimize antenna separation for stable gain. And I'm familiar with vertical polarization fields, and line of sight on VHF frequencies. If I have any questions I will contact you. Thanks for your help!
Yes, this is also the most preferred one by professional cell phone booster installers. It is a great value for the price with its max uplink and downlink output power combined with its thick ultra low loss SC400 coaxial cable for exterior antenna. Yes, please do contact us if any questions. Thank you for your business.
I'm from Quebec, Canada and have a few question about your product and would need help. I will numerate the questions. 1) Can you ship to Canada? If yes, do you know the delays and the custom fees for RF products? The situation: My father owns a cottage deep in the woods in the north. We are located at the bottom of a mountain, but in the front there's a lake with a kind of valley on the other side of the lake. When we are aligned with the valley, we can sometimes get 1 bar of signal on our cellphones (LTE). We want to install a signal booster to relay inside the cottage. The distance between the location where the signal is the strongest and the inside of the cottage is approx 50-60 feet. The cottage is approx. 25 ft. x 30 ft. and approx. 1k square feet. Our provider is Telus Mobility. 2) What would be the best option for us to get a full 5 bar inside the cottage? I think we would certainly require a directional antenna since the signal is clearly coming from a very narrow source. And we would have to be sure that the setup works for our provider. 3) Can you propose a bundle that would fit into our budget and needs? Out budget is 750 $CAN, so 600 USD including shipping and customs. Thank you very much for time.
Thank you for your questions. Yes, we can ship to Canada. Shipping is free for this reference kit we recommend. Yes, you may need to point the yagi directional antenna included very precisely to get enough signal strength you need inside the cottage. There are no delays for RF products that we're aware of. This kit we recommend (Fusion Professional) is most powerful that our own installers use for most homes and costs within your budget with free shipping. With its 50 Ohm exterior antenna and high quality extremely low loss type 400 cable (50 ft) for outside antenna, it offers the most bang for your buck. You can mount exterior antenna as high as you can with the 50 feet of cable length provided for outside antenna. For a very limited time, you can use coupon code 10BFCM for 10% off to compensate yourself for the customs fees the shipping carrier may incur and consequently may charge you to deliver.
Is this device provided and supported in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 ? Will you provide installation? Will the price be the same? If not, why? If yes, can you provide details?
Yes, this and all other signal bosters we provide work in Puerto Rico. The price will be the same. Please see preceding link for details about signal boosters in Puerto Rico. A signal booster kit like this bundled with installation service is not available in Puerto Rico so you must submit request with location and requirement details for system design and cell booster installation service, if you would require that from us in addition to a signal booster kit.
How do you explain this statement from your website? This SureCall Booster Supports 4G And 5G Devices. SureCall signal boosters are 5G compatible, which means they support both 4G and 5G devices. All SureCall's current vehicle and home boosters amplify any modulation (4G, 5G) that operates on the five most common up and down cellular frequencies bands. This makes SureCall current signal boosters compatible with 5G devices as carriers begin to transmit 5G signals over the existing frequency bands and towers. Thanks.
Thanks for your good question. Explanation for this goes back to the Dynamic Network Sharing. Our signal boosters do indeed support 5G devices, as well as boost 5G services on the low band 5G frequencies, otherwise known as 5G Nationwide. Carriers have repositioned some of their existing frequencies to boost "5G". However, our signal boosters do not boost the high mmWave 5G, otherwise known as 5G Ultra Wideband (which is the extremely fast 5G that is starting to roll out in downtown urban areas).
See below from Verizon's statement about 5G at its website, which explains this in more detail:
What is the difference between 5G Ultra Wideband and 5G Nationwide?
The 5G Ultra Wideband network uses the high-band, ultra-wide millimeter wave spectrum to deliver our best 5G experience available today. Think of 5G Ultra Wideband like an incredibly wide, superfast highway, with millions of trucks traveling inches apart from one another at breakneck speeds. The ultrafast speeds and reduced lag time (latency) can provide smartphones with new capabilities for activities like multi-player gaming on the go, streaming 4K 2 movies and video chatting in HD. And with its massive bandwidth, 5G Ultra Wideband will be able to support many more devices of the future in the Internet of Things.
5G Nationwide, meanwhile, uses a different, low-band spectrum that involves dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS). DSS is a technology that allows 5G service to run simultaneously with 4G LTE on multiple spectrum bands. With DSS, whenever customers move outside Verizon’s high-band Ultra Wideband coverage area, their 5G-enabled devices will remain on 5G technology using the lower bands. By deploying both technologies together, Verizon is able to use its full portfolio of current spectrum resources to serve both 4G and 5G customers, maximizing their customers' 5G experiences on the Verizon network.
In addition to the link explaining DSS at our website, above explanation from Verizon website may further explain in more detail that 5G pertaining statement you referred to, from our website. Please contact us if any questions, comments or concerns, we will be glad to help or clarify anything more, if needed. Thank you!

Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles. Before ordering, please check outside signal level in decibels or ensure that you can make and hold a phone call at any good spot outside where you can mount an exterior antenna. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.
Kevin K. of Anderson, California gave the following review:
Website is easy to use with plain straight forward info but could have had more on testing signal strength to make sure you get a strong enough booster.
Therefore, please note that stated sq. ft. coverage is based on good signal outside. For best results: If outside signal is weak, we suggest choosing the next higher sq. ft. coverage kit. If outside signal is very weak, we suggest choosing the kit with even more higher sq. ft. range bracket. Basically, higher the sq. ft. bracket, the more powerful the signal amplifier with greater Gain as well as higher uplink and downlink output power.
If outside signal is too weak (weaker than -110 dB), submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location. Finally, we will schedule for installation after equipment and installation service quote has been approved by you, or your company.
For non installation-included kits: Most home / office / building cell signal booster kits only include bracket to mount exterior antenna on outside wall, edge of roof, or existing pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. Mounting pole not included with most kits, unless stated specifically that it is included for free. Therefore, a mounting post must be purchased separately if you will require it to mount exterior antenna.
